GPDによる「アンダーバリュー問題」で日本の税関で止められていた「INDIEGOGO出資分のGPD Win 4(32GB+1TB 黒色)」ですが、「Update #45」で宣言通り2日後に日本の関空にある税関から荷物がリリースされ、佐川急便に荷物が手渡されました。

1. 「Update #45」で宣言通り「2日以内に通関」
2. 2023年4月8日16時半頃に佐川へ荷物の引き渡しを確認
3. 2023年3月27日から税関で保留、約2週間(14日)荷物が動かなかった

The Japan customs made a call to 7 persons randomly to verify the value of WIN 4 yesterday. The result is some of the 7 person reported the value of the product (8999 JPY) according to our instructions in the email, while some reported it based on our crowdfunding price, which caused Japan customs were confused. Fortunately we provided a purchase order for the product before. In the end, the Japan customs determine that WIN 4 is for personal use, the value of the goods can be declared at 60% of USD1099.00 (USD659.40), so Japanese users may pay a 10% tariff, about 659.4×10%=65.94USD or about 8648 JPY.

Our forwarder agent in Japan is remake the new invoices based on the new value of the goods. It is estimated that the customs will notify all the first batch of 270 users in the next two days. Please keep your phone clear. Thanks for your support again!

GPD Win 4の「Update #45(2023年4月6日)」にて「2日以内に270人のユーザーの最初のバッチ(GPD Win4 32GB+1TB 黒色)全てに請求書を作り直し通知(?)する予定」とのことでしたが、宣言通りその2日後の2023年4月8日16時30分頃に通関を終え、佐川に荷物が引き渡されていることを確認しました。

但し「アンダーバリュー問題」で関税「約9,000円」の追加出費が必要になる可能性があるとのこと。
