How are you?
This is Jackson from Topjoy.I am here on behalf of our company to express our sincere apology for delaying shipment again.Pls allow me to explain the real reasons as below:
1.As well-known,Intel Gemini Lake series CPU have been in shortage since October,2018 till now,which bothering us all the time since the ending of crowdfunding(Development of Falcon already finished).
2.While we are working our best to resolve CPU issue and will get enough CPU for Crowdfunding orders recently and then start mass production.So we can start shipping within may if everything goes well.
3.Falcon second generation is just under planning and haven’t started development.Why we are planning second generation based on Amber Lake 8100Y because we are thinking of Gemeni Lake N5000 CPU on serious shortage from last year till this year,and need update based on first generation later this year because we are religious and responssible on project development.Besides,Amber Lake 8100Y performance is a bit better than N5000.
Thank you so much for your support, patience and understanding.Pls be kind to give us some more time.We promise we will must ship all your rewards and won’t disappear because we are a responssible and long-term development company.

Falconが搭載しているCPU「Pentium Silver N5000(Gemini Lake)」は2018年10月から現在まで不足しており、クラウドファンディング終了以来ずっと私たちを悩ませている。(Falcon第1世代は既に開発を終了している)
2. CPUの供給問題
CPUの供給問題を解決するために最善を尽くしているが、クラウドファンディングの注文に十分なCPUを手に入れた後に量産を開始する予定だ。(それがいつになるなどの記載は無し)

Falcon 第2世代はまだ計画中の段階で開発を開始していない。(と言いながらGlobal Sources Electronics Fair 2019でWEIBU POCKET NOTEBOOKでほぼ発表に近い形で公開。)
Gemini Lakeの深刻なCPU不足は続くと予想されるため、Amber Lake(Core i3-8100Y)を使ったFalcon 第2世代を計画している。
Pentium N5000に比べるとCore i3-8100Yのパフォーマンスは少し優れている。
で、出荷はいつなの？
何故か今回のUpdateに出荷予定の日にちなどは記載が有りませんでした。
因みに2019年4月11日の「Update #16」のコメントで「I do appreciate the update just curious as to when is the expected ship date now? (出荷はいつですか？)」というコメントは無視されたまま。
さて、Topjoy製のFalconは果たしていつ届くんでしょうか…。

5月8日のUpdate #17では未定とのお話でしたが、翌日の5月9日にUpdate#18が更新され「5月中に発送する」との事。
既にCPUやマザーボード以外のパーツ類は工場の元に届いている様子がようやく掲載されています。
さて、次の延期報告はいつになるんでしょうか。
